Exhibition Information
Time: 1000 - 1800 for visitors to the main exhibition. Networking event in the evening - tbc. Setup and breakdown times will be specified closer to the exhibition date. Guidance for exhibitors will be issued.
Location: M & B Club, Grounds of Sanofi-Aventis Sports and Social Club, Rainham Road South, Dagenham , RM7 0XQ . There is s good car parking and is within easy walking distance from Dagenham East tube station (District Line). There are also good bus services as an alternative travel option.
Arrangement of venue: The EXPO will be in a marquee attached to the Sanofi-Aventis M & B Club by a tunnel. Entrance to the EXPO will be through the clubhouse with reception in what is normally the main bar/dining area. There will be sponsors' exhibits in this area, and a cash bar will be available for those wishing to purchase drinks. Two break-out rooms off this reception area will be available to the EXPO, which will be used for seminars or other event-related activity.
Delegates: No cost to visit EXPO. Once registered, delegates will upon arrival be given a show guide/programme and encouraged to move through into the EXPO for free tea and coffee which will be located at the far end of the EXPO marquee, thus drawing attendees past the exhibits. Layout will allow for easy flow of delegates to all parts of the EXPO. Floor plan, to be prepared, will be passed on to those with reserved exhibition space directly it is available.
Stands: 2m wide X 1m deep shell scheme (see picture attached). Each stand will have a power point to run a computer presentation/phone charger, and two lights as standard. Exhibitor names will be displayed above stands. Vertical panels are fabric and are suitable for poster attachment with Velcro. Those wishing to hire tables as an extra cost rather than use their own stand furniture, may order these in advance. Stand cost is £249 +VAT. Early reservation is recommended and priority of choice for stand position will be given according to the date on which bookings are made and paid for, sponsors first and then stand space bookings.

Exhibitor seminars: Running for two hours. Dates, in advance of EXPO, to be advised. Purpose is to enable exhibitors to obtain maximum value from exhibiting. Delegates will be given a checklist of points to consider, and outline guidance on stand design considerations, manning, staff training, etc.
