2m x 1 m deep shell scheme. Each stand will have a power socket to run a computer presentation/phone charger, and two lights as standard. Exhibitor names will be displayed above stands. Vertical panels are fabric and are suitable for poster attachment with Velcro. Those wishing to hire tables as an extra cost rather than use their own stand furniture, may order these in advance.
Early reservation is recommended and priority of choice for stand position will be given according to the date on which bookings are made and paid for, sponsors first and then stand space bookings.
Exhibition space cost is £249.00 + VAT.
